Real Estate Field Agent – Listing Specialist
Seeking licensed or unlicensed people (who want to get licensed) that have great people skills. Unlike a traditional agent where you would be the point person for every facet of a real estate transaction (client interaction, record keeping, transaction management, marketing, back-office paperwork, prospecting, etc.), our field agents are primarily focused on client interaction. You should be passionate about working with people and serving our clients. Integrity, patience, communication are traits you hold and are proud of. We are not looking for “salesy” people, the types that say or do anything to get people sign. We are looking for people who will do what it takes to make their clients happy. The Listing Specialist will be focused on working with sellers and serving their needs. We are looking for people throughout the Puget Sound region. Work from home. High speed internet connection at your home is required. Required software and training will be provided. This is a contract position to start, with opportunities to be hired on as full-time or part-time staff. Take on as many or as few clients as you want or have time for.

People who are interested but with no experience, that’s okay. We can provide you the training and experience. What we can’t give you and what you need to bring is a great attitude and the traits we mentioned earlier.
Real Estate Showing Agent
If you have an active or inactive real estate license that you are not utilizing, this might be a great position for you. As a showing agent, you will be simply assisting buyers to look at houses and be paid for your time spent opening doors, walking through houses with clients and filling out a checklist. Simple. Easy. Stress free. Better use of your license than having it do nothing. You still need to be ultra reliable and client focused and a good communicator. Yes, a Showing Agent can also be a Buyer Specialist at the same time.
Photographer
Seeking two experienced real estate photographers or photographers with a good eye to add to our team. This is a contract position so you will have to have your own camera gear and transportation. Looking for someone extremely reliable. If you are interested, please send us a link to an online portfolio of yours or email us some sample pictures. You can work as much or as little as you want. People with just a point and shoot camera need not apply. Bonus points to those that know what HDR or similar photography techniques are.
Statistician
Real estate inherently has mountains of data. We’re looking for someone that is passionate with crunching numbers, taking hard to understand data and putting them into a comprehensible format. We’re looking for someone that can take real estate data and make it meaningful and useful for our clients and website visitors. College degree (or working on a degree) in stats or math is preferable, but if you’re a natural numbers genius, we won’t fault you for not having the degree. Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed. Compensation will be hourly based and dependent on your numbers skills. Web Application Developer
Seeking a developer or a team to build a series of custom web applications. This is a contract position and pay will be negotiated up front. Experience handling NWMLS data feeds is highly preferable. Person or team must be local. Sorry, but we want to be able to sit down face to face with you over the course of the project.
Web Designer – Front End
Seeking a web designer to help us build version 2 of our website. Person or team must be local. Being able to work with you face to face is critical to us. Ideal candidate would be skilled in overall web/graphic design, flash, actionscript, reliable and a good communicator. If you’re interested, please send us a link to an online portfolio or something similar. This position is a contract position though there are possibilities of making this an hourly position.
